Black History Month 2021 Window Display
February 5 - February 28
A window display at the Pierce Art and History Center will commemorate Black History Month in Aurora with historical photos, books and even the much-loved bobblehead of Mayor Richard Irvin, the first African American mayor of the city, elected in 2017.
The galleries and gift shop of the historical society are closed due to Covid, but the display may be viewed from the sidewalk from February 5-28, 2021.
