Party Like it's the Demisemisptcentennial!

A Gala Opening Reception
and street party on Friday, May 4, 2012, from 5pm-8pm. Refreshments, cash bar, music by the official band of the anniversary year, Bradley Keven Green. Shop for all-new souvenirs, have a photo op with the goddess Aurora, launch your summer party season. (Be sure to come back every month for cocktail parties celebrating the many ethnic flavors of Aurora.) This event is held in conjunction with the Aurora Public Art Commission, which is opening its show “From the Ground Up” on the third floor of the Pierce Art and History Center. Mayor’s awards for Historic Preservation will be given from 5:30-6:30pm.
